Delivery area and cost

We deliver only to valid addresses within Canada. Standard delivery is free.

Processing, transit and total delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. The normal estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days from the order date.

These estimates are not guarantees. Weekends, Canadian statutory or public holidays, weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, and incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delay.

Tracking and addresses

When an order is dispatched, we provide available shipment tracking information using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after fulfillment has begun.

Delivery rights

Any expressly agreed delivery commitment will be honoured subject to circumstances permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or weakens a customer's non-waivable consumer rights in Canada.
